In commemorating the 450th anniversary of the spiritual conversion of St. Camillus De Lellis, new stained-glass windows were unveiled in the Sanctuary of the San Camillo Chapel. The images on the beautiful pieces of art include the saintly heroes of the Order of the Ministers of the Infirm, namely, St. Camillus de Lellis (1550-1614), St. Josephina Vannini (1859-1911), Blessed Maria Domenica Barbantini (1789- 1868), Blessed Enrico Rebuschini (1860-1938) and Blessed Luigi Tezza (1841-1923). And finally, the Red Cross of St. Camillus which indicates the merciful love of Jesus.

The large piece of glasswork in the middle of the sanctuary is based on the Gospel of John 6:51, which reads, “I am the living bread that came down from heaven for the life of the world.” The blue shades represent heaven, spirituality, tranquility, calmness, and the green signifies the earth, nature, growth, hope, and harmony. The tabernacle and the Holy Eucharist are the visible presence of Jesus among us. Two Angels with golden wings in worship signify heaven, protection, and the sanctity of the place of worship. The yellow represents the church who is the custodian of the Blessed Sacrament.
