How can I donate to the Order of St. Camillus Foundation in the future?

St. Camillus has been fortunate to have many individuals remember our foundation through planned and estate gifts. These special gifts allow us to confidently plan for the future, ensuring that our vital services will be available to those who need them.  There are a variety of ways in which you can plan today for a brighter tomorrow.

Wills and Bequests - This remains the most common way in which people support causes dear to them at the end of their lives. Language in your will or living trust can direct a specific amount or a percentage of your estate to the Order of St. Camillus Foundation.  Gifts can be given to support the greatest need of the organization, a specific program or to establish an endowment fund (minimum of $25,000).  Unrestricted estate gifts are put to best use after consideration from our Board of Directors.

Beneficiary Designations - Naming the Order of St. Camillus Foundation as a primary or secondary beneficiary of an IRA or other retirement account is another simple way to give. Donating retirement assets alleviate the impact on your other beneficiaries by minimizing both estate and income taxes.

Life Insurance - Naming the Order of St. Camillus Foundation as beneficiary of your life insurance policy will have great impact by leaving resources to support our compassionate care for our residents.

Charitable Remainder Trust - This type of trust provides you with an income stream while you are living, with the residual or remainder coming to your chosen charity upon your death.
