St. Camillus offers a wide range of employment opportunities with meaningful pathways for both professional and educational growth. Employees have access to professional apprenticeships, as well as scholarship opportunities for both staff members and their children—up to $2,000 per year. We also support ongoing development through a minimum of 12 in-service/training hours each year and an annual skills fair designed to keep our team learning and advancing.
