Members receive priority access to the St. Camillus community with campus-wide priority waitlist status to Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Short-term Rehab & Skilled Nursing.
Membership includes one year of access to Independent Living community amenities such as the following:
*Due to high demand, some programs may be restricted to residents only.
The initial fee is non-refundable but will be applied as a credit toward your Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care entrance or community fees when you move in.
The annual fee maintains access to Independent Living community amenities.
If you choose not to pay the annual fee, you will retain your campus-wide priority waitlist status but will no longer have access to Independent Living community amenities.
$1,000 annual fees are non-refundable and are not applied toward entrance or community fees.
Annual participation may be added or discontinued at any time but the fee will not be prorated.
Pricing is subject to change based on future valuations.
