St. Camillus Life Plan Community is scheduled to host their first campus wide Rib Off Competition.  On Friday, August 18^th, three teams comprised of St. Camillus team members will dual to win the most prized title, St. Camillus Rib Off Champion!

Three teams will duel in the kitchen preparing their mouth watering ribs for an all staff luncheon to kick off the competition.  At noon, a celebrity panel of judges featuring Bishop Jeffrey R. Haines, Chef Michael Feker from IL Mito in Wauwatosa and Spectrum News Anchor, Pete Zervakis, will decide the reigning Champ of this epic thrown down.

St. Camillus team members and residents will be present to cast their votes and cheer on their favorite competitor.  The Sliphorn Jazz Band will make a special musical appearance during this amazing competition.
