Tuesday, June 21st the connection between the West and East Residences will open! Please join us at 10:00 for a Ribbon Cutting ceremony and refreshments. If you do not know exactly where the connection is there will be staff available to guide you. Our Residences will truly be connected and become one community.
The West Dining Room will also open for lunch and dinner on Tuesday. During the initial phase of the culinary team understanding the space and amount of diners we ask you to continue to make a reservation and complete your pre-order form. Once our processes are fine-tuned you will no longer need to pre-order your selections. Reservations will be requested but not required. As we grow as a community we must be open to change. A specific table cannot be permanently reserved, you may request a specific table but it will not be guaranteed. Residents will be seated in any open seats. Walkers and scooters must be stored in the designated storage space; your server will remove your walker during your meal and return it to you when you are ready.
Unlimited complimentary tray service will be discontinued on July 11th. The first two shelf deliveries of the month are complimentary, a $3.00 shelf delivery fee will be assessed for any additional deliveries. If you need assistance bringing the tray in and setting up your meal, please contact Sandy at 414-259-4629.
Pickup service will continue. We are improving the pickup service process, watch for new details in the upcoming weeks.
