Beginning July 5th, the East entrance on Bluemound Road will only be accessible to our Independent Living parking lot. If you are visiting our Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Health Center or Memory Care Residences, please enter via Wisconsin Ave.
We continue to remain COVID free in all of our buildings! Thank you to all of our families and visitors who continue to follow CDC guidelines for visitation precautions on campus. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Last week we finished our first State Survey in over 2 years in our Skilled Nursing Health Center. We completed the survey with great results and only 3 minor deficiencies. Congrats to our Skilled Nursing team for all of their hard work and dedication!
We recently had our first resident picnic of the summer in Independent Living. Residents enjoyed a cold picnic lunch including gourmet sandwiches, pasta salad, watermelon and ice cream. Residents were served their individual picnic lunches by the Administration team and our Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)students and enjoyed live music from both the patio and indoors.
