St. Camillus hosts an upcoming Memory Café
Wauwatosa -St. Camillus Life Plan Community offers a Memory Café open to the Wauwatosa community and St. Camillus residents and their loved ones.
The focus of the Memory Café is to reach individuals and their loved ones who have mild cognitive impairments or early stage Alzheimer’s disease and provide a positive and engaging environment as well as peer support.
The first St. Camillus Memory Café will take place on Thursday, November 17th from 1:30-3:00pm at Mansfelds in their East Residence Independent Living, located at 10100 W. Bluemound Road in Wauwatosa. Entertainment and refreshments will be provided for those in attendance.
“We are grateful to be able to offer an additional layer of support to seniors and their families. This is a safe space for attendees to come together with others who are going through similar experiences. The goal is to socialize, provide mutual support and make connections with one another.” -Bridget McNair, St. Camillus Research and Life Enrichment Director
