To: Family and Caregivers
From: San Camillo Administration
With the news of the COVID-19 outbreak changing by the minute, we continue to implement measures to safeguard our residents and staff. As you are aware, we are restricting all visitors to San Camillo. The only exception at this time is family caregivers who provide medical care to their loved one.
If you are providing essential care for your loved one, please consider a contingency plan should further restrictions be necessary or you become ill. St. Camillus Home Health Services has provided care to our San Camillo residents for over 30 years. Some examples of our services offered; medication reminders, medication management, housekeeping tasks, assistance with dressing/bathing, laundry and wellness visits.
Attached is a complete list of offerings. We are encouraging families to proactively develop a plan of care and support for loved one, should you not be able to visit.
San Camillo also offers the services of our Revitalize Wellness Nurse, Lee Clay. Lee’s role is education, community health initiatives and general health monitoring. Please reach out to Lee as a resource, 414-259-4681.
St. Camillus Home Health Services is staffed by onsite professionals and offers a full continuum of services to meet our residents. For more information please call, 414-258-2418.
Please know we are implementing all guidelines recommended by the CDC and State and Local government. The safety of our residents is paramount and we appreciate your understanding.
We will get through this together.
Julie Leveritt, San Camillo Administrator
