COVID-19 Update

November 12, 2020

Dear residents and families,

We were informed last night that one of our residents has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus and is now in isolation. Because of HIPPA regulations, we are unable to share any other information about this case. Contact tracing was performed and no other residents have been exposed. All positive test results for residents and employees will be reported to you; there are rumors floating around with false numbers of cases. Please ask us if you have a question and refrain from spreading false information.

The number of confirmed cases in Wisconsin is still on the rise. As a precaution to keep our community as safe as possible, the lobby furniture on the first floor has been temporarily removed. We will not be serving food or beverages during movies at this time. Beginning on Monday, all staff in our building will be tested twice weekly for the virus.

Please continue to do your part - it does make a difference!

  • Limit trips outside of our building.
  • Wear a mask over your mouth and nose whenever you leave your apartment – including when you change your laundry or take out the trash.
  • Social distance at least 6 feet apart from others (2 people at a time in the elevators and Bluemound Market).
  • Wash your hands with soap frequently.
  • If you are not feeling well, remain in your apartment and call the Wellness Nurse ext., 4681.

Clarification: The delivery charge for meals has been indefinitely waived. There is no charge for deliveries.
