Happy Friday,

“We will need determination, discipline and teamwork to beat Coronavirus.”  We, along with the entire world, can do the following 5 steps to keep ourselves, our families, our neighbors and the world safe. The World Health Organization asks everyone to join together to carry out the Five Steps to Kick out COVID-19.

  1. It starts with your HANDS- wash them frequently with soap and running water if this is not available use 70% or greater alcohol based hand solution.
  2. Cough or sneeze into your bent ELBOW or tissue. Dispose of the tissue immediately and wash your hands.
  3. Avoid touching your FACE, especially your eyes, nose and mouth. This prevents the virus from entering our body.
  4. Keep your DISTANCE. Stay at least 6 feet away from others at all times.
  5. If you FEEL even slightly unwell… Stay in your apartment.

This is a cause we can all get behind.

Remember, if you develop any symptoms of a sore/scratchy throat, runny or stuffy nose, cough, fever or loose stool – no matter how mild… STAY IN YOUR APARTMENT and call your health care provider.

Here are your really bad jokes for the day:

  • What do call a boomerang that won’t come back? ... a stick.
  • Why couldn’t the pony sing? ... because he was a little horse
  • Toilet paper….  What a rip off.
