Happy Monday. I hope you had a Blessed Easter. As we continue to working toward reconditioning our muscles, I hope you have all been practicing your heel – toe balance. Remember balance must be challenged each and every day. Over this next week I will introduce more exercises you can safely do in the comfort of your apartment.
Exercise #2: Side Leg Raise.
Hint: if you are doing this properly you will only be able to lift the foot a few inches. Any higher and you are tipping. You will feel the workout on the leg you standing on, not the leg being lifted.
