Dear St. Camillus family,
St. Camillus has been informed of three new cases of COVID-19. Two are residents residing in our Skilled Nursing Health Center. Both residents were found positive from our weekly testing and have been moved to our dedicated wing in Skilled Nursing for those we are monitoring closely for symptoms. A St. Camillus caregiver from our Memory Care building also tested positive. Contact tracing has been completed and if your loved one has been exposed to any of the above individuals, you have already been notified. The employee is at home quarantining.
Residents will continue to be tested weekly until such a time that there are zero positive cases. Residents are monitored regularly for symptoms to help with early detection and to minimize the spread of the virus in the event that someone is positive. All staff members are tested twice weekly and are screened daily upon arriving to work and are sent home immediately if any symptoms arise within the day.
Wishing you and your loved ones a Blessed Thanksgiving. We are thankful for your continued trust and support.
As always, please contact us with questions.
Sincerely,
Kevin Schwab, Chief Executive Officer
Shannon Angell, Chief Operating Officer
