At St. Camillus, our continuum of care is among the best in southeastern Wisconsin, but this only tells a small portion of our story. The amenities available on this campus all serve our wholistic approach to treating the physical, mental, social and spiritual health of our residents.
St. Camillus offers two fitness centers and plenty of open space, and we encourage our residents to exercise to the extent of their desires and capability.
There is a certain personal security in knowing a loving and compassionate staff will treat all of one’s present and future needs. However, we take additional steps to ensure that our residents achieve optimal emotional and intellectual health. Our wide range of activity opportunities allows our residents to engage in social interaction and educational stimulation as they wish. From woodworking classes, to dinner parties, to serving on a residential council, our residents find all sorts of ways to stay busy and energetic.
Residents of San Camillo, our independent living apartment complex, will find a new sense of independence on our campus. Though many adults fear that moving to a retirement community implies a certain loss of independence, our residents find the opposite to be true. We offer healthy chef prepared meals, housekeeping and many other services, allowing our residents to spend their days as they please. The independence is a welcome change for our residents, and a wonderful component of their overall mental health.
We believe that our work at St. Camillus is fueled by the healing power of Jesus Christ. As a Christian community, we offer six chapels, daily Catholic mass, and multiple Bible study sessions to all of our residents. Interdenominational Worship Services are held every Sunday. We respect everyone’s theological decisions and we encourage all to practice upon these beliefs for the good of their own spiritual health.
