A typical day may include:

  1. Meeting with residents’ families to discuss changing care needs
  2. Celebrating outstanding staff performance during a team meeting
  3. Participating in a research project to improve resident care, in partnership with a local university
  4. Finalizing a budget proposal for a new program
  5. Implementing new software to measure and improve quality of care
  6. Enjoying a meal with residents and their families

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Current WI NHA license OR successful completion of DHS-approved AL administrator course
  • Minimum of associate degree in healthcare field, bachelor’s preferred
  • 3+ yrs supervisory experience in a CBRF setting, with demonstrated positive outcomes
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills, as well as group presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills, and ability to relate effectively 1:1 or in large groups
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office applications) and clinical database applications




Department:  Independent Living

We’re seeking an energetic, self-directed professional to:

  • deliver innovative enrichment programing to meet residents’ varying social, psychological & physical needs
  • work closely in collaboration with our Wellness, Marketing & Fine Dining staff to carry out events
  • promote community wellness by encouraging active engagement.
  • seek & incorporate resident/family feedback to enhance programming.

Successful candidates will have:

  • 1+ years previous experience in a comparable position/setting
  • Excellent customer service, problem solving & interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills & ability to maintain deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently & in a group setting.
  • Proficiency in MSOffice applications
  • Availability to work occasional nights, weekends & Holidays, as well as traveling to community social events.
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
