The Basic Service Program provides an assisted living setting
for persons who are medically stable and require minimal assistance in the
activities of daily living but feel more comfortable in the safety and security
of a community environment with meals, housekeeping and access to health care
professionals. Accommodations are available in studio or one- bedroom suites
with monthly fees ranging from $2,625 to $3,625.
The
Basic-Plus Service Program is designed for medically stable
individuals with minor physical limitations or mild cognitive impairments who
benefit from a lightly structured environment and minimal to moderate levels of
services that can be coordinated and scheduled, such as daily home management,
bathing assistance and structured cognitive cueing. Studio and one-bedroom
suites are available, and monthly fees range from $3,125 to $4,125.
The Enhanced Service Program is appropriate for medically
stable individuals with more complex physical limitations or problems that
require individualized services. The program provides limited to extensive
assistance with the activities of daily living on a frequent or immediate basis,
nursing resources to maintain medical stability and scheduled medical
oversight. Higher staffing ratios foster a more structured environment with
added personal interaction and contact. Studio and one-bedroom suites are
available and all-inclusive monthly fees range from $4,125 to $5,125.
The
Dementia/Memory Support Program is most appropriate for persons
whose safety, well-being and existing behaviors are significantly compromised by
diminished memory and cognitive functioning as a result of Alzheimer’s or other
forms of dementia. The environment is highly structured with a scheduled
routine and activities that focus on memory, cognitive stimulation and social
interaction. Studio and one bedroom suites are available and all-inclusive
monthly fees range from $4,585 to $4,825.
Assisted Living programs
at St. Camillus require an entrance fee of $3,500 which carries a full refund
for the first six months and a prorated refund until the end of the first year.
