Working with the elderly is something Bobbie loves to do.  Bobbie, who has been a Home Health Aide for the past 6 years, describes her clients as “people that teach me a lot of history. . . Because of them, I have become more knowledgeable.”  Bobbie chose to be a HHA because she likes the flexibility of her position.  Plus, she feels the people she works with are caring, supportive and understanding.  Sometimes her job is challenging because of the many different personalities she encounters, but Bobbie says, “This is common with life.”  Working with St. Camillus has become a family affair – Bobbie’s mother  & daughter also work for our home health agencies.

Position: HOME HEALTH & HOSPICE RN ON-CALL

Reports to: Home Health RN Clinical Manager
Hours: After Business Hours, 1 week per month
Job Description: Caring, motivated RN is needed to triage care for our Home Health & Hospice clients for On Call Needs. Take On Call one week per month from your home! Weekday hours are 4:30pm to 8am and 24 hour coverage during the weekend (flexible schedule). Availability to triage phone calls and provide client visits as necessary. This position allows professional freedom, while providing a high level of skilled nursing care.
Requirements: Current WI RN license and minimum 1 year professional experience, preferably in Home Health and/or Hospice Case Management. BSN a plus. Ability to travel to client homes throughout Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties. Customer Service Skills are a Must!

Position: HEALTH AIDE, JESUIT AREA (7/31)

Reports to: Jesuit Nurse Supervisor
Starting Range: $10.50-$12.40
Hours: 2nd shift 2pm-10pm
Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Thursday
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Responsibilities: Under the direction of a RN, will be providing and/or assisting Jesuit clients with activities of daily living including: bathing, grooming, mobility, range of motion exercises, and other tasks as assigned by the RN Case Manager.
Qualifications: High School Graduate or equivalent. Must be 18 yrs of age and WI certified CNA. Must have valid WI driver’s license, valid driving record and be able to provide proof of vehicle liability coverage as stated in the St. Camillus Safe Driving Policy. Medication Administration Certification a plus!

Position: LPN
Department: Assisted Living
Reports to: AL RN HC Director
Hours: On Call- Hours vary. (Not benefit eligible)
Responsibilities: Providing care to residents in their apartment units as needed, and assist residents in medical emergencies. Provides assistance with medications, assists in healthcare treatments and services, and performs tasks related to the general supervision of the Residential Aide staff.
Requirements: Current WI LPN license, at least 2 years previous experience in a retirement community setting preferred. Must possess the ability to understand and comply with CBRF rules and regulations. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Accurate data entry skills and familiarity with electronic health records. Current CPR certification.

Job Description: Provides skilled nursing care and assists RN to meet the physical, spiritual and psychosocial needs of the residents. The staff LPN responds in emergency situations to assure resident safety and security.
Requirements: Current WI LPN license, graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Minimum 2 years professional nursing experience, preferably experience in a LTC facility.

Position: ON-CALL SCHEDULER

Hours: 4:30pm-8am, after business hours (1 week per month)
Job Description: Assist in the scheduling duties for the Home Health & Hospice department. Answer phone calls directed to scheduling issues after business hours. Rearrange schedules and provide coverage for client needs. Communicate with schedulers, clients, client’s families and all staff in a timely manner.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Scheduling experience and 1 year experience in the Health Care field a plus. Ability to work with Word, problem solve and work independently. Customer Service Skills, Organizational skills and ability to multi-task are a Must!

Position: PLUMBER

Hours: 40hrs/week, 1st shift, including occasional weekends & on-call (All Benefits)Responsibilities: Installs new plumbing fixtures, water heaters, pumps, disposals, dishwashers, shower stalls, tubs, valves, faucets, controls, ABS/PVC/copper and iron pipe work; monitor performance of major building systems including HVAC, water supply, waste water, water heaters, kitchen equipment, and fire protection; inspects, maintains and repairs all plumbing related equipment including linked boilers and heat exchangers; maintains Hot water system and services gas boilers.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of plumbing apprenticeship required. Minimum of six (6) years experience in the field of plumbing. Strong mechanical ability and aptitude. In depth knowledge in plumbing methods, principles and procedures including related codes. Regulations and compliance plumbing. Experience in water distribution and waste disposal in residential, commercial and institutional buildings. Experience in Refurbishment work related to bathrooms and kitchens. Basic knowledge in construction methods, principles and procedures in carpentry, electrical and mechanical trades.

Responsibilities: Operates switchboard, paging system, fire alarm panel, 2 way radio, closed connection TV and Wander guard in accordance to company Policies and Procedures; provides information to callers, abiding by established release of information code; takes accurate message and contacts appropriate personnel  promptly. Receives, screens and gives directions to residents, visitors, guests; responds to staff inquiries for general information; handles emergencies such as nurse call, pendants, wander guard, or fire alarm per Policy and Procedures. Prepares/submits work  orders for Maintenance and other departmental services; assists in training and scheduling reception desk substitute if/when needed temporarily; provides Administrative support as directed by ES Coordinator/ES Director.
Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent, three years experience in office setting, good written and oral communications skills, good interpersonal communication skills, tactful, patient, pleasant and courteous, able to adapt to rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, typing ability helpful, basic knowledge of computers.   Ability to safely perform the essential job functions

Position: RN CLINICAL MANAGER – HOME HEALTH

Responsibilities:
Caring, motivated RN needed to coordinate the day to day activities of the home health agency to ensure compliance of Joint Commission Standards. This position will supervisor Nursing Staff to ensure the delivery of quality, comprehensive healthcare services to clients within federal, state and St. Camillus guidelines.
Qualifications: Current WI RN license and minimum 2 year professional experience and 2 year supervisory experience. BSN and Home Health or Hospice experience a plus. Experience with OASIS and Coding desired. Ability to travel to client homes throughout area counties as directed by Administrator. Customer Service Skills and proven ability to lead are a Must!

Position: RN, HOSPICE CASE MANAGER

Hours: 64 hrs/bi-weekly (Full Benefits!)

Position: RN SUPERVISOR 
Department: Skilled Nursing
Reports to: Director of Nursing
Hours: PT noc’s, 16hrs/bi-weekly, 10:30p-7am E/O weekend (No benefits)
On-Call positions available for all shifts!
Responsibilities: Oversees nursing care provided on the shift including assisting nurse managers in evaluating staff, assessing residents, making daily rounds, delegating assignments to staff and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Current WI RN license, 2+yrs related experience preferred. Strong clinical/supervisory skills & knowledge of federal/state regulations, accurate data entry skills and familiarity with electronic health records. Current CPR certification.

Starting Range: $10.50-$12.40
Responsibilities: Tour all campus facilities; operates switchboard/paging system, receives, screens and gives direction to residents, visitors and guests in a polite and courteous manner; assists during emergencies and demonstrates a working knowledge of emergency communication systems.
Qualifications: High school grad or equivalent; minimum one year security experience preferred, ability to handle stressful situations, good written and oral communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Word.

Position: VISIT NURSE , JESUIT AREA 
Department: Supportive Services
Reports to: RN Case Manager Supervisor, Jesuit Area
Hours: Every Other Saturday/Sunday 4-6 hour shifts between hours of 7am-5pm
Job Description: Caring, motivated LPN or RN is needed to assess, coordinate and monitor plan of care for our Jesuit Residents. This position requires supervision of Jesuit caregivers and maintains communication with Physician and Community Supervisor. This position allows professional freedom, while providing a high level of skilled nursing care.
Requirements: Current WI LPN or RN license and minimum 2 years home health, community health and /or geriatric experience preferred. Demonstrated supervisory experience preferred. Exceptional Customer Service Skills are a Must!
