Working with the elderly is something Bobbie loves to do.  Bobbie, who has been a Home Health Aide for the past 6 years, describes her clients as “people that teach me a lot of history. . . Because of them, I have become more knowledgeable.”  Bobbie chose to be a HHA because she likes the flexibility of her position.  Plus, she feels the people she works with are caring, supportive and understanding.  Sometimes her job is challenging because of the many different personalities she encounters, but Bobbie says, “This is common with life.”  Working with St. Camillus has become a family affair – Bobbie’s mother  & daughter also work for our home health agencies.
 
 
Chris, a Chaplain in Pastoral Care since 2001, most enjoys working at St. Camillus because:   “I value the opportunity to serve in a Christian environment embracing people of all faith denominations and seeing the presence of Christ in all those I serve.”  Residents are Chris’ #1 priority.  She enjoys assisting them in their spiritual growth.  She and her fellow team members provide a holistic approach in caring for residents, striving to meet their physical as well as spiritual needs.  Chris shares a major insight, ”The time we have together has shown me how strong they remain in their faith, even as aging has given them physical difficulties.”  Chris describes our residents as “wisdom keepers,” because of their rich and varied experiences.  Christine loves to journey with them and listen to their life stories.  She comments, “The path we walk together is sacred ground for entering into their life.”

Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include providing assistance to the residents – such as, but not limited to: bathing, medication dispensation, activities, laundry, personal hygiene, etc. Assists manager in the daily operations by providing clerical assistance, etc.
Qualifications: Must be18 years of age or older with high school diploma or GED; current CNA certification for state of WI, CBRF Certifications: Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid and choking, and Medication certificate. Good verbal & written communication skills, self-motivation, work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities:
Perform and document on direct resident care including bathing, feeding and toileting. Participate in providing restorative nursing care.
Requirements: High school grad or equivalent. Must be 18 years of age or older, on CNA registry in Wisconsin, ability to read and follow care plan. Good verbal & written communication skills, work independently with little supervision.

Position: COMMUNITY PUBLIC RELATIONS COORDINATOR
Department: Admissions & Marketing
Reports to: Marketing Director
Hours: FT (All Benefits)
Responsibilities: Actively seeking out prospective new referral sources for ST. Camillus’ healthcare-related programs, including home health services, hospice and skilled nursing; developing/maintaining strong rapport with current healthcare referral sources and discharge planners; developing strong partnerships with CBRFs, hospitals, physicians, to establish new referral programs; coordinating & recruiting staff for community health fairs, pledge walks, etc.; maintaining a strong social media presence and staying active in networking opportunities.
Qualifications: Minimum of two years previous sales and marketing experience required; excellent interpersonal communication skills with diverse individuals or groups, including written/verbal and listening/comprehension skills; strong presentation and public speaking skills; strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); experience managing social media and web campaigns is preferred; experience with customer relationship management software is preferred; must have own transportation and a valid WI driver’s license required, up to 50% outside sales/marketing.

Position: HOME HEALTH AIDE 

Department: Home Health & Hospice
Reports to: Nurse Supervisor
Starting Range: $10.50-$12.40
Hours: Full Time & Part Time 1st , 2nd shifts AND 3rd Shifts
(Part Time is Not Benefit Eligible)
Assignments can range from 1 to 8 hour assignments
1st shift Start time between 6-8am
2nd shift start time between 2-4pm
3rd shift is for 8-12 hour assignments. Start time between
8-10pm and end time between 7-8am
Responsibilities: Under the direction of a RN, will be providing and/or assisting clients with activities of daily living including: bathing, grooming, mobility, range of motion exercises, and other tasks as assigned by the RN Case Manager.
Qualifications: High School Graduate or equivalent. Must be 18 yrs of age and WI certified CNA. Must have valid WI driver’s license, valid driving record and be able to provide proof of vehicle liability coverage as stated in the St. Camillus Safe Driving Policy. Good verbal & written communication skills, self-motivation, work independently with little supervision.

Position: LPN CAMPUS RESOURCE NURSE
Department: Home Health & Hospice
Hours: 2 Positions Available! 7pm-7am, Part Time, 1 x per week (All Benefits Except Health)
Wage: Dependent on RN or LPN license
Responsibilities: Under the direction of RN Clinical Supervisor, provides skilled nursing care to resident son campus, assists in development of plans of care, medication management and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications: Current WI RN or LPN license. Minimum of 2 years professional nursing experience, 1 year medical – surgical experience preferred. Home care and hospice experience preferred.

Position: NURSE PRACTITIONER, HOSPICE
Department: Home Health & Hospice
Reports to: Administrator
Hours: PRN (Not benefit eligible)
Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Hospice Medical Director, provides visits to hospice clients in their homes, assists in development of plans of care and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Requirements: Current WI Nurse Practitioner license, ability to travel to client homes throughout Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties. Minimum of 2 years Hospice experience required.

Position: PLUMBER
Department: Environmental Services
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
Hours: 40hrs/week, 1st shift, including occasional weekends & on-call (All Benefits)
Responsibilities: Installs new plumbing fixtures, water heaters, pumps, disposals, dishwashers, shower stalls, tubs, valves, faucets, controls, ABS/PVC/copper and iron pipe work; monitor performance of major building systems including HVAC, water supply, waste water, water heaters, kitchen equipment, and fire protection;inspects, maintains and repairs all plumbing related equipment including linked     boilers and heat exchangers; maintains Hot water system and services gas boilers.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of plumbing apprenticeship required, Minimum of six (6) years experience in the field of plumbing. Strong mechanical ability and aptitude, In depth knowledge in plumbing methods, principles and procedures including related  codes. Regulations and compliance plumbing. Experience in water distribution and waste disposal in residential, commercial and institutional buildings. Experience in Refurbishment work related to bathrooms and kitchens. Basic knowledge in construction methods, principles and procedures in carpentry, electrical and mechanical trades.

Position: RN SUPERVISOR 
Department: Skilled Nursing
Reports to: Director of Nursing
Hours: PT noc’s, 16hrs/bi-weekly, 2:30p-11:00pm E/O weekend (No benefits)
Responsibilities: Oversees nursing care provided on the shift including assisting nurse managers in evaluating staff, assessing residents, making daily rounds, delegating assignments to staff and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Current WI RN license, 2+yrs related experience preferred. Strong clinical/supervisory skills & knowledge of federal/state regulations, accurate data entry skills and familiarity with electronic health records. Current CPR certification.
