Working with the elderly is something Bobbie loves to do.  Bobbie, who has been a Home Health Aide for the past 6 years, describes her clients as “people that teach me a lot of history. . . Because of them, I have become more knowledgeable.”  Bobbie chose to be a HHA because she likes the flexibility of her position.  Plus, she feels the people she works with are caring, supportive and understanding.  Sometimes her job is challenging because of the many different personalities she encounters, but Bobbie says, “This is common with life.”  Working with St. Camillus has become a family affair – Bobbie’s mother  & daughter also work for our home health agencies.

Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include providing assistance to the residents – such as, but not limited to: bathing, medication dispensation, activities, laundry, personal hygiene, etc. Assists manager in the daily operations by providing clerical assistance, etc.

Responsibilities: Perform and document on direct resident care including bathing, feeding and toileting. Participate in providing restorative nursing care.

Position: COMPUTER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities: This position will serve both residents & Staff. Will troubleshoot common software/hardware problems; install new hardware/software; conduct periodic training sessions in various software applications; maintain accurate records of licenses & equipment; and perform clerical tasks as needed
Requirements: Minimum of associate degree in information technology or related field, preferred and/or minimum of 2 years previous support experience. Knowledge of various software packages and operating systems including Windows XP/7/8, and Microsoft Office 2007. Knowledge of wide variety of devices, including PC, laptops, tablets, smart phones, etc. Excellent interpersonal & problem-solving skills & ability to train users of varying skill levels.

Position: GROUNDSKEEPER/MAINTENANCE B

Hours: 32-40 hours/week – Typically 7:00am-3:30pm but flexible to work different days/hours depending on inclement weather (All Benefits)
Responsibilities: Plants/waters/cuts lawns; trims/edges walks, flower beds, walls; prunes/fertilizes shrubs & trees; removes refuse from grounds; adjusts/cleans/performs minor mechanical work; performs snow removal; puts up/takes down seasonal decorations; maintains sprinkler system; assists as needed with room set-ups, moving of equipment or furnishings.
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years experience groundskeeping/landscaping, preferred; minimum 1 year experience maintenance; flexible to work varying shifts, weekends or holidays; basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical exp; valid WI driver’s license & good driving record. Previous snow-plowing experience is preferred.

Position: HOME HEALTH AIDE 
Department: Home Health & Hospice
Reports to: Nurse Supervisor
Starting Range: $10.50-$12.40
Hours: Full Time & Part Time 1st , 2nd shifts AND 3rd Shifts
(Part Time is Not Benefit Eligible)
Assignments can range from 1 to 8 hour assignments
1st shift Start time between 6-8am
2nd shift start time between 2-4pm
3rd shift is for 8-12 hour assignments. Start time between
8-10pm and end time between 7-8am
Responsibilities: Under the direction of a RN, will be providing and/or assisting clients with activities of daily living including: bathing, grooming, mobility, range of motion exercises, and other tasks as assigned by the RN Case Manager.
Qualifications: High School Graduate or equivalent. Must be 18 yrs of age and WI certified CNA. Must have valid WI driver’s license, valid driving record and be able to provide proof of vehicle liability coverage as stated in the St. Camillus Safe Driving Policy. Good verbal & written communication skills, self-motivation, work independently with little supervision.

Position: HOME HEALTH AIDE/CNA-FILE CLERK

Reports to: RN Clinical Manager
Starting Range: $10.50-$12.40
Hours: Part Time (Wednesday and every other weekend required) *This position requires the ability to travel within the Milwaukee and Waukesha counties.
Responsibilities: This position will work both in the Home Health & Hospice office providing medical record keeping/filing as well as provide CNA services to clients as needed. As a Home Health CNA this position will work under the direction of a RN to provide and/or assist clients with activities of daily living including: bathing; grooming, mobility, range of motion exercises, and other tasks as assigned by the RN Case Manager.
Qualifications: High School Graduate or equivalent. Must be 18 years of age, WI certified CNA and Medical Record Keeping experience. Position: VISIT NURSE , JESUIT AREA(1-2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE) (2/27)

Hours: Every Saturday / Sunday 4-6 hour shifts between the hours of 7am-5pm
Job Description: Caring, motivated RN or LPN is needed to assess, coordinate and monitor plan of care for our Jesuit Residents. This position requires supervision of Jesuit caregivers and maintains communication with Physician and Community Supervisor. This position allows professional freedom, while providing a high level of skilled nursing care.
Requirements: Current WI RN or LPN license and minimum 2 years home health, community health and /or geriatric experience. BSN and demonstrated supervisory experience preferred. Exceptional Customer Service Skills are a Must!

Qualifications: Current WI LPN license, graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Minimum 2 years professional nursing experience, preferably experience in a LTC facility

Position: MAINTENANCE A

Reports to: Environmental Services Director
Starting Range: $15.00-$17.80/hr
Hours: FT, 1st Shift, 40hrs/wk, occasional weekends, may be required to be on-call  (All Benefits)
Responsibilities: Repair mechanical equipment used in resident care, conduct preventative maintenance,; monitor water systems, boilers and air conditioning; assist in installing new electrical wiring, switch gear fuses, lighting fixtures, heating devices, motor or other facility electrical apparatus; monitor performance of major building systems including HVAC and emergency power and fire protection.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, 2 year technical degree or equivalent, minimum of 5 years maintenance experience with a strong emphasis on plumbing, electrical or HVAC is also a plus.  Previous hospital or resident facility experience would be helpful.

Position: NURSE PRACTITIONER, HOSPICE (2/3)

Job Description: Under the direction of the Hospice Medical Director, provides visits to hospice clients in their homes, assists in development of plans of care and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Requirements: Current WI Nurse Practitioner license, ability to travel to client homes throughout Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties. Minimum of 2 years Hospice experience required.

Position: CLINICAL SUPERVISOR/MANAGER (2/27)

Hours: 80 hrs/bi-weekly (Full Benefits)
Job Description: Caring, motivated RN needed to coordinate the day to day activities of the home health agency to ensure compliance of Joint Commission Standards. This position will supervisor Nursing Staff to ensure the delivery of quality, comprehensive healthcare services to clients within federal, state and St. Camillus guidelines.
Requirements: Current WI RN license and minimum 2 year professional experience and 2 year supervisory experience. BSN and Home Health or Hospice experience a plus. Experience with OASIS and Coding desired. Ability to travel to client homes throughout area counties as directed by Administrator. Customer Service Skills and proven ability to lead are a Must!

Position: RN CASE MANAGER, HOSPICE (2/13)

Hours: PART TIME POSITION, 40 hours/b-weekly

Position: HOME HEALTH, HOSPICE & SUPPORTIVE SERVICES RN ON-CALL (2/27)
Department: Home Health, Hospice & Supportive Services
Reports to: Home Health RN Clinical Manager
Hours: Weekend & Evenings On Call (Part-time)
Job Description: Caring, motivated RN is needed to triage care for our Home Health & Hospice clients for On Call Needs. Take On Call One Week per Month from 4:30pm to 8am from your home. Availability to triage phone calls and provide client visits as necessary. This position allows professional freedom, while providing a high level of skilled nursing care.
Requirements: Current WI RN license and minimum 1 year professional experience, preferably in Home Health and/or Hospice Case Management. BSN a plus. Ability to travel to client homes throughout Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties. Customer Service Skills are a Must!

Position: RN SUPERVISOR 
Department: Skilled Nursing
Reports to: Director of Nursing
Hours: PT noc’s, 16hrs/bi-weekly, 10:30p-7am E/O weekend (No benefits)
On-Call positions available for all shifts!
Responsibilities: Oversees nursing care provided on the shift including assisting nurse managers in evaluating staff, assessing residents, making daily rounds, delegating assignments to staff and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Current WI RN license, 2+yrs related experience preferred. Strong clinical/supervisory skills & knowledge of federal/state regulations, accurate data entry skills and familiarity with electronic health records. Current CPR certification.

Hours: Pool (No Benefits)
Starting Range: $10.50-$12.40
Responsibilities: Tour all campus facilities; operates switchboard/paging system, receives, screens and gives direction to residents, visitors and guests in a polite and courteous manner; assists during emergencies and demonstrates a working knowledge of emergency communication systems.
Qualifications: High school grad or equivalent; minimum one year security experience preferred, ability to handle stressful situations, good written and oral communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Word.
