Working with the elderly is something Bobbie loves to do.  Bobbie, who has been a Home Health Aide for the past 6 years, describes her clients as “people that teach me a lot of history. . . Because of them, I have become more knowledgeable.”  Bobbie chose to be a HHA because she likes the flexibility of her position.  Plus, she feels the people she works with are caring, supportive and understanding.  Sometimes her job is challenging because of the many different personalities she encounters, but Bobbie says, “This is common with life.”  Working with St. Camillus has become a family affair – Bobbie’s mother  & daughter also work for our home health agencies.
 
 
Chris, a Chaplain in Pastoral Care since 2001, most enjoys working at St. Camillus because:   “I value the opportunity to serve in a Christian environment embracing people of all faith denominations and seeing the presence of Christ in all those I serve.”  Residents are Chris’ #1 priority.  She enjoys assisting them in their spiritual growth.  She and her fellow team members provide a holistic approach in caring for residents, striving to meet their physical as well as spiritual needs.  Chris shares a major insight, ”The time we have together has shown me how strong they remain in their faith, even as aging has given them physical difficulties.”  Chris describes our residents as “wisdom keepers,” because of their rich and varied experiences.  Christine loves to journey with them and listen to their life stories.  She comments, “The path we walk together is sacred ground for entering into their life.”

Position: DIRECTOR

Hours: 40hrs/week – 1st shift, Occasional eve/weekend hours
Responsibilities: Oversees clinical staff to ensure the highest quality nursing care is provided to meet resident needs. Establishes annual goals to meet organization goals. Implements quality assurance & performance improvement processes. Ensures nursing staff receive coaching, training, discipline or other tools to improve & sustain performance. Implements/revises policies & ensures staff adhere to standards of practice. Develops annual budget & monitors budget compliance. Works with leadership staff & interdisciplinary team to ensure effective working relationships & strong communication with residents, families & staff.
Qualifications: BSN (preferred) graduate of accredited nursing school with current WI license; 5+ yrs management experience in a SNF setting; demonstrated record of positive outcomes; excellent communication skills; proven ability to apply leadership techniques including coaching & development, cost control, change management; thorough knowledge of LTC regulations, MDS coding, & CMI/PPS reimbursement methodology.

Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include providing assistance to the residents – such as, but not limited to: bathing, medication dispensation, activities, laundry, personal hygiene, etc. Assists manager in the daily operations by providing clerical assistance, etc.
Qualifications: Must be18 years of age or older with high school diploma or GED; current CNA certification for state of WI, CBRF Certifications: Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid and choking, and Medication certificate. Position: CARPENTER MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST (12/10)

Job Description: Planning and performing of journey level work on our campus buildings including installing and repairing structures, walls, millwork, cabinets, fixates, furniture, doors and related hardware.
Responding to resident/staff requests for maintenance/equipment repairs; maintaining the power system and carrying out regular preventative maintenance; acting as first responder for fire and weather related emergencies. .
Requirements: High school grad or GED, Completion of carpenter apprenticeship or accredited trade school, minimum of six years experience in construction. Journey level experience in rough and final carpentry with ability to cut and weld metals. strong knowledge of mechanics, plumbing and electrical repairs Must have a valid WI driver’s license.

Position: FLOOR MAINTENANCE AIDE

Starting Range: $12.50
Hours: Full Time, 1st Shift, 40hrs/week, occasional weekends (All Benefits)
Responsibilities: Buffing/Burnishing to shine all hard surface floors; carpet maintenance, and other housekeeping duties.
Qualifications: 1+yr previous floor care, preferred. Ability to work independently. Working knowledge of hard floors/carpet maintenance and cleaning products preferred. Certification is a plus. Must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the job without harm to self or others. Must be 18 years of age or older.

Position: FLOOR MAINTENANCE AIDE – POOL

Starting Range: $12.50
Hours: NO GUARANTEED HOURS, Required to work 2 shifts per month, one weekend shift (when available), 2 Holidays per year (1 must be Christmas or New Year’s), will work other shifts as available. (No Benefits)

Position: HEALTH AIDE, JESUIT AREA (12/3)

Responsibilities: Under the direction of a RN, will be providing and/or assisting Jesuit clients with activities of daily living including: bathing, grooming, mobility, range of motion exercises, and other tasks as assigned by the RN Case Manager.
Qualifications: High School Graduate or equivalent. Must be 18 yrs of age and WI certified CNA. Must have valid WI driver’s license, valid driving record and be able to provide proof of vehicle liability coverage as stated in the St. Camillus Safe Driving Policy. Medication Administration Certification a plus!

Position: LPN CAMPUS RESOURCE NURSE
Department: Home Health & Hospice
Hours: 1 Full Time (All Benefits) and 1 Part Time (All Benefits Except Health)

Responsibilities:
Under the direction of RN Clinical Supervisor, provides skilled nursing care to resident son campus, assists in development of plans of care, medication management and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications:
Current WI RN or LPN license. Minimum of 2 years professional nursing experience, 1 year medical – surgical experience preferred. Home care and hospice experience preferred.

Position: LPN -ON CALL POSITION

Reports to: Unit Manager/Director of Nursing
Hours: Pool/On-call position, all shifts, hours vary. (11/20)
Job Description: Provides skilled nursing care and assists RN to meet the physical, spiritual and psychosocial needs of the residents. The staff LPN responds in emergency situations to assure resident safety and security.
Requirements: Current WI LPN license, graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Minimum 2 years professional nursing experience, preferably working with the elderly in a long term care setting.

Position: RN – HOME HEALTH & HOSPICE, ON-CALL 
Department: Home Health & Hospice
Reports to: Home Health RN Clinical Manager
Hours: Weekends On Call
Responsibilities: Caring, motivated RN is needed to triage care for our Home Health & Hospice clients for On Call Needs. Take On Call after business hours one week per month (flexible days if needed) from 4:30pm to 8am from your home. Availability to triage phone calls and provide client visits as necessary. This position allows professional freedom, while providing a high level of skilled nursing care.
Qualifications: Current WI RN license and minimum 1 year professional experience, preferably in Home Health and/or Hospice Case Management. BSN a plus. Ability to travel to client homes throughout Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties. Customer Service Skills are a Must!

Position: RN SUPERVISOR-ON CALL POSITION
Department: Skilled Nursing
Reports to: Director of Nursing
Hours: Pool/On-call position, all shifts, hours vary. 
Responsibilities: Oversees nursing care provided on the shift including assisting nurse managers in evaluating staff, assessing residents, making daily rounds, delegating assignments to staff and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, active RN license for the state of WI, minimum 2yrs nursing supervisor experience, Strong clinical/supervisory skills & knowledge of federal/state regulations, accurate data entry skills and familiarity with electronic health records. Current CPR certification.

Position: RN SUPERVISOR

Hours: PT noc’s, 16hrs/bi-weekly, 10:30p-7am E/O weekend (No benefits)
Responsibilities: Oversees nursing care provided on the shift including assisting nurse managers in evaluating staff, assessing residents, making daily rounds, delegating assignments to staff and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Current WI RN license, 2+yrs related experience preferred. Strong clinical/supervisory skills & knowledge of federal/state regulations, accurate data entry skills and familiarity with electronic health records. Current CPR certification.
