Hours:  Part Time Hours 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift based on client need and census client visits can range from 1 to 8 hours

Position: CBRF C.N.A.


Department:  Assisted Living

Reports to:  LPN Supervisor

Starting Range:  $12.25-14.30 (pm and night shift differentials)

Hours:  FT days, 75hrs/bi-weekly, 6:30a-2:30p, E/O weekend

                  FT pm's,  2:30p-10:30p, E/O weekend, 60 & 75 hrs/bi-weekly.

                  PT/FT noc's,  10:30p-6:30a, E/O weekend, 67.5 & 75hrs/bi-weekly.

                  Night Baylor positions:  Work every Sat/Sun 12 hour shifts (48hrs) and get paid for 60 hrs/bi-weekly.  All Benefits!

    NOTE: All positions require rotating Holidays!

Responsibilities:  Primary responsibilities include providing assistance to the residents - such as, but not limited to: bathing, medication dispensation, activities, laundry, personal hygiene, etc. Assists manager in the daily operations by providing clerical assistance, etc.

Qualifications:  Must be18 years of age or older with high school diploma or GED; current CNA certification for state of WI, CBRF Certifications: Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid and choking, and Medication certificate. Good verbal & written communication skills, self-motivation, work independently with little supervision






Dept: Nursing

Reports to: Supervisor, Skilled Nursing

Hours:  FT days 75hrs/bi-weekly, 6:30a - 3:00p, E/O weekend

                  PT/FT pm's 45 & 67.5hrs/bi-weekly, 75hrs/bi-weekly, 2:30p-10:30p, E/O weekend

    Note:  All positions require rotating holidays!

Job Description: Perform and document on direct resident care including bathing, feeding and toileting. Participate in providing restorative nursing care.

Requirements: High school grad or equivalent. Must be 18 years of age or older, on CNA registry in Wisconsin, ability to read and follow care plan. Good verbal & written communication skills, work independently with little supervision.




Dept:  Home & Community Based Services

Reports to:  Supportive Services Manager

Wage:  Varies according to qualifications

Hours:  1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts available, E/O weekend & rotating holidays required - Client visits can vary from 1-8 hours; 1 shift start time between 6am-8am, 2nd shift start time between 2pm-4pm, and 3rd shift start time between 8pm-10pm.  3rd shift is for 8-12 hours.  Part time hours based on client need and census.

Job Summary:  Under the direction of an RN, this position will:

  • Provide and/or assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meal preparations, exercises, shopping, light housekeeping, and other tasks assigned by the RN.
  • This position will provide services in the clients’ homes on campus and in the community.

Qualifications:  Current C.N.A. license preferred; or one of the following

  • Current C.B.R.F. certifications
  • Prior caregiving experience
  • Currently enrolled in a college nursing or medical program
  • Previous C.N.A. license and prior caregiving experience
  • Ability to travel to & from homes in the community;
  • When traveling to clients off campus, a valid license and proof of current vehicle liability insurance coverage, as well as a driving record which complies with the St. Camillus Safe Driving Policy.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a professional manner
  • Ability to maintain and safeguard entrusted confidential information
  • Customer service skills are a must!




Hours:  FT pm's and night shifts available (PM's: 2:30p-10:30pm, E/O weekend)

               (Nights: 10:30pm-6:30am)

Job Description:

  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living
  • Assist the nurses and other staff as needed
  • Proper documentation per policy and procedure
  • Assist with medication administration
  • Maintains an orderly, sanitary, and safe environment


  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 18yrs of age or older
  • Current C.N.A. certification
  • CBRF certifications preferred
  • Experience working with the geriatrics population preferred, especially memory care.
