Hours:  5-20 hrs/pp, PT mid-afternoon hours

Job Summary:  This position will provide companionship, transportation, meal preparing, light housekeeping, and other tasks as assigned to clients in their homes on St. Camillus Campus as well as off campus in the community.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 18 years of age and H.S. diploma or GED.
  • When utilizing a personal vehicle, a valid license and proof of current liability insurance coverage as well as, a driving record which complies with the St. Camillus Safe Driving policy.
  • Ability to prepare meals according to nutritional guidelines and ability to perform housekeeping tasks.
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work with little supervision 1 on 1 in a clients’ home utilizing safe judgement.

 

Position:  HOME HEALTH AIDE-JESUIT COMMUNITY

Hours:  Full time-pm shift; 75 hrs/pp w/opportunity to work extra shifts all benefits including health

Job Summary:  Under the direction of an RN or LPN, this position will provide/assist clients who reside at St. Camillus Campus in the Jesuit Community with medication administration, activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meal preparation, exercises, light housekeeping, and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Current WI C.N.A. license
  • 18 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Previous medication administration experience preferred

 

Position:  RESTORATIVE CNA

 

Dept:  Skilled Nursing/Home Health dept

Reports to:  Skilled Nursing Supervisor & Home Health Clinical Manager

Starting Range:  $14.05-16.55

Hours:  45-56hrs bi-weekly, M-F,  Times vary according to client needs

Job Description:  Work closely with the MDS coordinator and Home Health manager to plan and implement restorative programs for residents residing on campus and outside in the community.  Maintain accurate documentation of restorative minutes completed.  Communicate effectively with nurses and therapy regarding programs completed or changes needed.

Requirements:

  • High school grad or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • On the CNA registry in Wisconsin
  • Ability to read and follow care plan.
  • A valid license and proof of current vehicle liability insurance coverage, as well as, a driving record that complies with the St. Camillus Safe Driving Policy.

 

Position: Home Health Aide - Pool

 

Department:  Home & Community Based Services

Reports to:  Supportive Services Manager

Hours:  1st & 2nd shifts available, E/O weekend & rotating holidays required.  Clients visits can vary from 1-8 hours; 1st shift start time between 6am-8am; 2nd shift start time between 2pm-4pm.  (Non-benefit eligible) *This is a pool position so hours and shifts are based on client need and census*.

Job Summary:  Under the direction of an RN, this position will:

  • Provide and/or assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meal preparations, exercises, shopping, light housekeeping, and other tasks assigned by the RN.
  • This position will provide services in the clients' home on campus and in the community.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess current Wisconsin CNA license.
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a professional manner
  • Ability to see, write, hear, and speak effectively
  • Ability to travel to and from homes within the community that may not be on the bus line
  • Ability to maintain and safeguard entrusted confidential information

Starting Range:  $11.30-13.35 for NON-C.N.A.'s (pm and night shift differentials)  $12.25-14.30 for C.N.A's

Hours:  FT days, 6:30a-2:30p, 75hrs/bi-weekly, E/O weekend.

                  FT pm's, 2:30p-10:30p, E/O weekend

                  PT/FT noc's, 10:30p-6:30a, E/O weekend

                  Noc Baylor,  6:30p-6:30a (1 weekend), 6:30p-10:30p (1 weekend)  work 32hrs but get paid for 40hrs/bi-weekly.

     NOTE:  All positions require rotating Holidays!

Responsibilities:  Primary responsibilities include providing assistance to the residents - such as, but not limited to:  bathing, medication dispensation, activities, laundry, personal hygiene, etc.  Assists manager in the daily operations by providing clerical assistance, etc.

Qualifications:  Must be18 years of age or older with high school diploma or GED; current CNA certification for state of WI PREFERRED, CBRF Certifications:  Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid and choking, and Medication certificate.  Good verbal & written communication skills, self-motivation, work independently with little supervision.

Position:  CNA/ASSISTED LIVING

 

Hours:  FT pm's and night shifts available (PM's: 2:30p-10:30pm, E/O weekend)

               (Nights: 10:30pm-6:30am)

Job Description:

  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living
  • Assist the nurses and other staff as needed
  • Proper documentation per policy and procedure
  • Assist with medication administration
  • Maintains an orderly, sanitary, and safe environment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 18yrs of age or older
  • Current C.N.A. certification
  • CBRF certifications preferred
  • Experience working with the geriatrics population preferred, especially memory care.
