Reports to:  Jesuit Aide Supervisor

Hours:  AM’s 45 hrs/pp; 2 days per week & 1 day per weekend; hours vary according to client need

Job Description:  This position will provide and assist clients with activities of appointments including transporting them, sitting in on appointments, reporting back to nursing staff as well as work on the floor as a C.N.A. caring for the residents on the weekends.

Requirements:

  • Current WI C.N.A. certification
  • Minimum of 18 years of age, High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • CPR certification preferred
  • Valid WI Driver’s License, auto insurance, and a driving record which complies with the St. Camillus Safe Driving policy.
  • Ability to maintain and safeguard entrusted confidential information.
  • Ability to professionally communicate, see, write, hear, and speak effectively.

 

Position:  HOSPICE AIDE-C.N.A.

 

Department:  Home Health & Hospice

Reports to:  RN Clinical Manager-Hospice

Hours:  Full Time 80hrs/pp; eligible for all benefits including health.  Hours are primarily 1st shift, but does require flexibility according to team and client need for 2nd & 3rd shift as well as weekend availability. Hours are client census based and not guaranteed.

Job Summary:  This position will  provide CNA services to clients in their home on campus and off campus in the community with some self-scheduling included to provide consistent services to clients.  The hospice C.N.A. will work with hospice and home care clients and provide and/or assist clients with activities of daily living; including bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meal preparation, exercises and other tasks as designated by the assigned RN.

Qualifications:

  • Current WI C.N.A. license required; previous hospice and/or home health experience preferred
  • Transportation to and from clients’ homes on and off St. Camillus Campus.  If utilizing a personal vehicle while working for us, a valid WI Driver’s license, insurance coverage, and driving record with complies with the St. Camillus Safe Driving policy.
  • Ability to adapt to client changes, flex schedule, and as well as work independently while utilizing problem solving skills.

 

Position:  HOME HEALTH AIDE-JESUIT COMMUNITY

Reports to:  RN Clinical Manager/LPN Supervisor

Hours:  (1) FT PM’s; 60hrs/bi-weekly, every other weekend required; eligible for all benefits

                  (1) PT AM’s; 15hrs/bi-weekly; every other weekend only

                  (1) PT PM’s; 15hrs/bi-weekly; every other weekend only

     *All positions require rotating holidays*

Job Summary:  Under the direction of an RN or LPN, this position will provide/assist clients who reside at St. Camillus Campus in the Jesuit Community with medication administration, activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meal preparation, exercises, light housekeeping, and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Current WI C.N.A. license
  • 18 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Previous medication administration experience preferred

 

Position: Home Health Aide - Pool

 

Department:  Home & Community Based Services

Reports to:  Supportive Services Manager

Hours:  1st & 2nd shifts available, E/O weekend & rotating holidays required.  Clients visits can vary from 1-8 hours; 1st shift start time between 6am-8am; 2nd shift start time between 2pm-4pm.  (Non-benefit eligible) *This is a pool position so hours and shifts are based on client need and census*.

Job Summary:  Under the direction of an RN, this position will:

  • Provide and/or assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meal preparations, exercises, shopping, light housekeeping, and other tasks assigned by the RN.
  • This position will provide services in the clients' home on campus and in the community.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess current Wisconsin CNA license.
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a professional manner
  • Ability to see, write, hear, and speak effectively
  • Ability to travel to and from homes within the community that may not be on the bus line
  • Ability to maintain and safeguard entrusted confidential information

Reports to:  Nurse Supervisor

Starting Range:  $12.25-14.30 (pm and night shift differentials)

Hours:  FT days, 6:30a-2:30pm, E/O weekend,  60hrs & 75 hrs/bi-weekly.

                  60hrs/bi-weekly, E/O weekend, 2:30p-10:30pm.

                  Pool positions available, 2 weekend shifts/month requirement & 2 holidays/yr.

     NOTE:  All positions require rotating holidays!

Job Description:  Perform and document on direct resident care including bathing, feeding and toileting. Participate in providing restorative nursing care.

Requirements:  High school grad or equivalent.  Must be 18 years of age or older, on CNA registry in Wisconsin, ability to read and follow care plan.  Good verbal & written communication skills, work independently with little supervision.

Job Description:

  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living
  • Assist the nurses and other staff as needed
  • Proper documentation per policy and procedure
  • Assist with medication administration
  • Maintains an orderly, sanitary, and safe environment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 18yrs of age or older
  • Current C.N.A. certification
  • CBRF certifications preferred
  • Experience working with the geriatrics population preferred, especially memory care.
