Responsibilities: Providing care to residents in their apartment units as needed, and assist residents in medical emergencies. Provides assistance with medications, assists in healthcare treatments and services, and performs tasks related to the general supervision of the Residential Aide staff.

Requirements: Current WI LPN license, at least 1 year previous experience in a retirement community setting preferred. Must possess the ability to understand and comply with CBRF rules and regulations. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Accurate data entry skills and familiarity with electronic health records. Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities:  Caring, motivated, high energy, RN or LPN needed to assist our residents with various health care needs. Work closely with the home health and hospice teams. Under the direction of the Wellness Supervisor, the right candidate will provide the delivery of 5 star quality, comprehensive healthcare services and education on the services being recommended to clients on campus or in the surrounding community.

Qualifications:

  • Current WI RN or LPN license required as well as current CPR certification.
  • Previous Home Based or Community Health experience preferred as well as geriatric experience.

Job Description: Caring, motivated RN is needed to coordinate and monitor plan of care for our

Hospice residents/clients.  This position allows professional freedom, while

providing a high level of skilled nursing care. Includes rotating on call duties.

Job Description:  Caring, motivated RN is needed to triage care for our Home Health & Hospice clients for On Call Needs. This position works from home answering after business hours calls for our Home Health & Hospice Departments. Availability to triage phone calls and provide client visits as necessary. Responsibilities:   Primary responsibilities include providing assistance to the residents - such as,     but not limited to:  bathing, medication dispensation, activities, laundry, personal hygiene, etc.  Assists manager in the daily operations by providing clerical assistance, etc.

Qualifications:   Must be18 yrs of age or older with high school diploma or GED; current CNA certification for state of WI, CBRF Certifications preferred:  Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid & Choking, and Medication cert. Job Description:  Installs and terminates low voltage cables; insures compliance with state regulations, code and requirements;  adheres to inventory management system; maintains and purchase per needs of    Telecom and associated data systems, audio and signaling, Low Voltage Class 2 & 3, CCTV and satellite network, nurse and Wander management systems; maintains and trouble shoots fire alarm wiring devices; purchase, maintain & manage cell phone accounts along with the set up and programming of facility owned cell phones.

Requirements: High school grad or GED; 4 year apprenticeship or 2 year technical degree or equivalent is required; minimum of 5 years previous experience in the installation/maintenance of low voltage systems and equipment;  basic knowledge of electronics, computers, WIFI, cable TV, CCTV, Telcom, data, intercom , paging, cellular service, nurse call, fire alarm and wander management; knowledge of building codes related to low voltage systems; valid WI driver's license; previous hospital or resident facility experience helpful.

Responsibilities:  Develops and delivers vocations presentations, highlighting the Order’s chrism and vocations processes, as well as the advantages of a religious life with the Order of St. Camillus. Seeks out a variety of diverse potential referral sources for vocations candidates & responds promptly to initial inquiries and follows up on possible candidates. Develops and maintains methods to screen and evaluate    potential candidates to identify those who are qualified. Develops annual goals and fiscal budget in consultation with Provincial Delegate. Writes, edits, and produces the text, visuals, videos and other communications/vocations pieces needed by the Order across all media platforms. Maintains and regularly updates a vibrant website – camillians.org.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in communications & vocations promotion is preferred

Job Description:  Answer phone calls directed to scheduling issues after office hours 4:30pm-8am.                           Communicate with clients, office staff, daytime scheduler, RN’s and all aides in a timely manner.   This position requires daily communications as well as filling call-ins in a prompt in an efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in Supportive Home Care/Private Duty setting a plus!

Responsibilities:  This position will oversee, through department directors, the ongoing operations of all healthcare programs and services within St. Camillus, with special emphasis on strategic planning, growth, profit, and ensures that operations are being executed in accordance with established regulations, policies and procedures. Leads the development of operating and capital budgets, which includes achievable revenue, expense and capital spending forecasts. Works closely with departments which may be struggling to improve financial/operational performance to create, implement, and monitor a performance improvement plan, incorporating clear targets and deadlines.  Assists in the recruitment and selection of competent department directors, supervisors and other auxiliary personnel as required. Functions as the interim administrator in the absence of these positions until a permanent replacement may be secured.

Department:  San Camillo Administration

Reports to:  Resident Enrichment Supervisor

Hours: 40hrs/wk - mostly 1st shift (All Benefits)

Responsibilities: Serves residents residing in San Camillo Life Plan Community by orientating new residents and becoming their go-to person for joys and concerns. This position will be involved in supporting the resident as health changes may occur, ensuring transitions to other levels of care or home care are seamless. Coordinator will lead small groups and work closely with the Life Enrichment Coordinator and the Wellness Coordinator to offer our residents the highest quality of programs. .

Qualifications: Minimum of two-year associate degree, four-year preferred in Social Services or related field. Social Worker license preferred. Geriatric experience preferred, strong problem solving skills and exceptional customer service skills required. Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred, ability to work with minimum supervision; attention to fine details; flexibility to adjust priorities daily to meet customer demands, ability to respond calmly to emergency situations, ability to work some evenings and weekends.
