Responsibilities: Oversees nursing care provided on the shift
including assisting nurse managers in evaluating staff, assessing

active RN license for the state of WI, minimum 2yrs nursing
supervisor experience, must comply with OBRA, HSS232 Nursing

Position: JESUIT RN CASE
MANAGER
Department: Home Health

Starting Range: $23.00 – 27.70
Responsibilities: Coordinates and oversees the health care services
provided for the Jesuits in the Assisted Living at St. Camillus. In
coordination with the Physician and other disciplines develops a
plan of care to meet the health care needs of the Jesuits. Directs
and supervises caregivers. Completes all required documentation.
Has 24 hour accountability for clients.
Requirements: Current WI RN
license, BSN required, MSN preferred, minimum 5 years Community
health, home care and/or geriatric experience as a registered nurse.

Responsibilities: Supervise physical therapist assistants and
physical therapy aides, perform appropriate tests to meet the
resident/patient needs, document findings and implement plan,
administer manual therapeutic exercise and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy
program, current license in Wisconsin, good physical health, ability
to read and write English and communicate oral and written
instructions. Must be able to safely perform the essential functions
of the job without harm to self and others.

Responsibilities: Plan and administer medically prescribed
treatment programs for residents/patients in an effort to restore
function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease,
injury or loss of body functions.

program, current license in Wisconsin, excellent communication
skills. Must be able to safely perform the essential functions of

Position: RECREATION THERAPY
AIDE (ACTIVITY AIDE)

Responsibilities: Assists residents as they participate in a
wide variety of therapeutic activities in group settings, on a 1:1
basis or in the activity room.
Qualifications: H. S. Diploma or GED, good communication
skills, openness for working with a wide variety of people,
primarily geriatric residents. Must be 18years of age or older.

Responsibilities: Primary function is to perform designated
routine tasks related the operation of the rehab department and may

strong clerical/computer skills. Ability to walk 300 yds. 5-6 times
hr, be able to push a wheelchair, and transfer residents. Health
care and Nursing Assistant experience is preferred. Must be able to
safely perform the essential job functions.

education or equivalent and C.N.A. WI Certified. Previous nursing
assistant experience preferred, but not necessary. The ability to
work independently.

assigned. Assists in cleaning dining room and cleans work areas as
assigned. Qualifications: Ability to follow written and oral
instructions. Prior experience in food service operation
preferred. Must be able to safely perform the essential job

Position: HVAC TECH
Department: Environmental services
Reports to: Maintenance Director
Hours: 1st Shift + On-Call as needed
Starting Range: $19.30-22.75
Responsibilities: Responsible for repair and preventive
maintenance of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and
refrigeration equipment, including heat pumps, chillers, cooling
towers, furnaces, refrigerator/freezers, fans, control systems,
compressors, burners and motors.
Qualifications: Understands all local, state and federal
codes. Experienced with cooling equipment 10 tons and greater.
Must possess DNR recovery certificate, 2 years or more experience in
repair of commercial heating and cooling equipment. Able to
troubleshoot pneumatic and electronic control systems. Experience
with low pressure steam heating systems a plus.
Position: HOUSEKEEPING AIDE

Hours: Full Time, 75 hours/pp, 7:00am – 3:00pm
Responsibilities: Receives assignments and follows cleaning
schedule for assigned areas
According to established procedures. Cleans furnishings, fixtures,
floors, etc. Sets up tables and chairs for meetings. Completes
other assignments made by Supervisor.
Qualifications: Requires the ability to know or learn how to
use common house-cleaning equipment. Must be able to safely perform
