Position: RN SUPERVISOR
Department: Nursing
Hours: Part-Time, 3rd Shift
Starting Range: $22.20 – 26.75
Responsibilities: Oversees nursing care provided on the shift including assisting nurse managers in evaluating staff, assessing residents, making daily rounds, delegating assignments to staff and other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, active RN license for the state of WI, minimum 2yrs nursing supervisor experience, must comply with OBRA, HSS232 Nursing Practice Act, etc.

 

Position: JESUIT RN CASE MANAGER
Department: Home Health
Hours: Full Time, 1st Shift
Starting Range: $23.00 – 27.70
Responsibilities: Coordinates and oversees the health care services provided for the Jesuits in the Assisted Living at St. Camillus.  In coordination with the Physician and other disciplines develops a plan of care to meet the health care needs of the Jesuits. Directs and supervises caregivers.  Completes all required documentation. Has 24 hour accountability for clients.
Requirements: Current WI RN license, BSN required, MSN preferred, minimum 5 years Community health, home care and/or geriatric experience as a registered nurse.

 

Position: PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Department: Rehab Services
Reports to: Director
Hours: Pool
Salary: $29.35 – 34.50
Responsibilities: Supervise physical therapist assistants and physical therapy aides, perform appropriate tests to meet the resident/patient needs, document findings and implement plan, administer manual therapeutic exercise and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program, current license in Wisconsin, good physical health, ability to read and write English and communicate oral and written instructions. Must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the job without harm to self and others.

 

Position: OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Department: Rehab Services
Reports to: Director
Hours: Pool
Salary: $36.00
Responsibilities: Plan and administer medically prescribed treatment programs for residents/patients in an effort to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of body functions.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program, current license in Wisconsin, excellent communication skills. Must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the job without harm to self and others.

 

Position: RECREATION THERAPY AIDE (ACTIVITY AIDE)
Dept: Recreation Therapy
Reports to: Recreational Therapy Manager
Hours: 6 hours/pp, 1st Shift, 9:30 – 4:00pm E/O Friday
Starting Range: $8.00 – 9.40
Responsibilities: Assists residents as they participate in a wide variety of therapeutic activities in group settings, on a 1:1 basis or in the activity room.
Qualifications: H. S. Diploma or GED, good communication skills, openness for working with a wide variety of people, primarily geriatric residents.  Must be 18years of age or older.

 

Position: REHAB AIDE / CNA
Department: Rehab Services
Reports to: Director, Therapy
Hours: PT, 1st Shift, 8:30am – 12:30pm Flexible Hours
Wage Range: $11.75 – 13.85
Responsibilities: Primary function is to perform designated routine tasks related the operation of the rehab department and may assist with resident related activities which are predetermined for each resident and assigned by a therapist.
Qualifications: High school education or equivalent. Possess strong clerical/computer skills. Ability to walk 300 yds. 5-6 times hr, be able to push a wheelchair, and transfer residents.  Health care and Nursing Assistant experience is preferred. Must be able to safely perform the essential job functions.

 

Position: CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT
Dept: Nursing                     
Hours: Part Time, Day/PM Position, 67.5 hours/pp
Wage Range: $9.25 – 10.95
Job Description: Perform direct resident care including bathing, feeding and toileting. Participate in providing restorative nursing care.
Requirements: High school grad or equivalent, on CNA registry in Wisconsin, ability to read and follow care plan.

 

Position: RESIDENTIAL AIDE

Reports to: Supervisor, Assisted Living
Starting Range: $9.25-10.95
Hours: Full Time, 2nd Shift
          Part Time, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift           
          Day Baylor 6:30am – 6:30pm Every Weekend
          NOC Baylor 6:30pm – 6:30am Every Weekend
Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include providing assistance to the residents - such as, but not limited to:  bathing, medication dispensation, personal hygiene, etc.  Assists manager in the daily operations by providing clerical assistance, etc.
Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age with high school education or equivalent and C.N.A. WI Certified.  Previous nursing assistant experience preferred, but not necessary.  The ability to work independently

 

Position: PM  WAITSTAFF
Dept: San Camillo
Reports to: Food Service Supervisor
Hours:
Part Time Evening Positions with Very Limited Hours
          (Approx. 9 hours/week)
Starting Range: $7.00-8.25
Responsibilities: Sets tables and serves meals according to established procedures.  Assists Cook with planning meals as assigned.  Assists in cleaning dining room and cleans work areas as assigned. Qualifications: Ability to follow written and oral instructions.  Prior experience in food service operation preferred.  Must be able to safely perform the essential job functions
of the position.

 

Position: HVAC TECH
Department: Environmental services
Reports to: Maintenance Director
Hours: 1st Shift + On-Call as needed
Starting Range: $19.30-22.75
Responsibilities: Responsible for repair and preventive maintenance of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, including heat pumps, chillers, cooling towers, furnaces, refrigerator/freezers, fans, control systems, compressors, burners and motors.
Qualifications: Understands all local, state and federal codes.   Experienced with cooling equipment 10 tons and greater.  Must possess DNR recovery certificate, 2 years or more experience in repair of commercial heating and cooling equipment.  Able to troubleshoot pneumatic and electronic control systems.  Experience with low pressure steam heating systems a plus.

 

Position: HOUSEKEEPING AIDE 
Department: Environmental Services
Reports to: Housekeeping Supervisor
Starting Range: $9.25 – 10.95
Hours: Full Time, 75 hours/pp, 7:00am – 3:00pm
Responsibilities: Receives assignments and follows cleaning schedule for assigned areas
According to established procedures. Cleans furnishings, fixtures, floors, etc. Sets up tables and chairs for meetings.  Completes other assignments made by Supervisor.
Qualifications: Requires the ability to know or learn how to use common house-cleaning equipment.  Must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the job without harm to self or others.
